I'm excited to start sharing more of my thoughts this time after long gap. In this post, I want to talk about my experience editing Wikipedia. I mainly work on articles related to Singapore. So far, I’ve made about 40–45 edits—writing new content or adding photos. Some of the pages I’ve contributed to include Hindu temples, local parks, and hawker centres. Last year, I edited the page for the Pasir Ris Bus Interchange and added a photo of a mural-style drawing. It shows several landmarks from around Pasir Ris town. You can see the exact image I uploaded below. Just few months before in April,2025. The Pasir Ris interchange itself moved into Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub (just basement of the new Pasir Ris mall). Then i got interest to edit the Wikipedia page to my shock, my earlier photo deleted by an other contributor of Wikipedia. Of course reason given is Singapore copy rights; related to Mural...though it is look like photo of image but it is artistic work of a mural...something like that.. I didn't understand fully and did not discuss. Bit late now, any way , i would like to know further.. check with other knowledgeable persons in local community (yet to do).
The reason given for deletion (the screen shots) =============
